 An hour and a half from Takoradi, Ghana's third city and 40 minutes from Busua, Ezile Bay benefits from an exceptional location and environment.

 

Nestled in the hollow of a small magnificent bay, perfect for swimming without danger, you will be a few minutes from the last primary coastal forest in West Africa where a number of birds can be observed.

Danielle (a French woman living in Ghana for almost 20 years), and her team present to you Ezile Bay, an ecolodge (nature village) in a corner of paradise in the heart of African tropical nature, in the hollow of a magnificent bay, between Busua and Cape Three Points (the southern cape of Ghana).

 

Turtles and whales can be seen on the nearby beaches of Akwidaa in Cape Three Points.

 

The possibilities for excursions and visits, on foot, by boat and by bike or car, are numerous and varied.

 

Surfers, the waves of Katakor and Cap tree Points will delight you.

 

Ezile Bay is located between two traditional fishing villages, Akwidaa and Katakor.

In order to stay as close as possible to nature and social, cultural and architectural environments, we have favored natural materials, earth, bamboo and raffia in the Fanti style.

The entire site was built by local craftsmen using local know-how and materials.

Vigilant about our environmental footprint, we practice waste recycling and a solar system provides electricity throughout the year. The ecolodge offers bungalows with bathrooms, rooms with shared bathrooms or even a collective bungalow. Campers and travelers in motorhomes/trucks are welcome.
